Shipping & Returns


Your order will be processed and shipped within 36 hours of receipt. We make every attempt to ship your order the same day it is received.  You will be notified if there is a back order or delay of any kind. 

Orders are shipped from Jupiter, Florida via ground delivery, unless otherwise specified.  Ground shipments within FL are next day excluding the west of Tallahassee.  Most orders take between 2 and 4 days to receive barring any delays due to weather etc. Deliveries to the West Coast take 5 business days. You are provided with several options to expedite delivery of your order at an additional charge to you.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.  Please provide a complete home or business address for shipping. Expedited orders (anything other than Ground) require a contact phone number.  Tracking information is provided once the order has shipped.  You will be able to track the shipment once the number is available.


If you received the incorrect product or are not satisfied with a product and would like to return it, please follow these steps.

Contact G2 Products at 561 596 2085 during normal business hours (9am to 5pm EST) or submit an email inquiry.  You will be provided with an RMA number.  Write the RMA number on the shipping carton and on a copy of your invoice.  Repack the items in the original shipping carton (if possible).  If the system has been used, please drain all excess water from the system prior to repacking.  This not only saves on weight but eliminates the possibility of damage to the unit and/or weakening of the shipping carton.

If you do not have the original shipping carton, please use a suitable carton to ensure safe return of the products.  Damage incurred in the return process as a result of insufficient or improper packaging will be the responsibility of the shipping party.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the returning party not G2 Products.  DO NOT ship any merchandise via expedited delivery such as UPS 2 Day or Overnight delivery, Fed Ex Overnight or Expedited delivery or Express Mail.

Returned items (excluding shipping damage or incorrect item) are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Important:  Visually inspect the carton and if you see damage to the shipping carton please notify the delivery person prior to accepting the package.  If after opening the carton you identify damaged components notify the delivery company (UPS or FED EX) and G2 Products immediately.  You may reach us by phone or email .  If you can take photographs for reference, this would be helpful.  Do Not discard the shipping carton or packaging contents.
